We are currently experiencing a very major outage with our DirectAdmin mail system, anything that happens will not allow emails to be sent because our IP addresses (184.108.40.206 & 220.127.116.11) are blacklisted because one has been so nice to to send so many emails than this has caused us a problem We are currently in the process of email swapping, ie we have to purchase a series of new IP addresses. In the future we will monitor the use of email activity even more strictly, we will also filter the system hourly. Customers who purchase a service from us must also open a ticket to be able to use the mail system with the reason. This ensures that no unexpected strange activities are accessed with our system.
